Delete your account.
Enter your account email below and we will send a confirmation link to that address. Nothing is deleted yet - opening the link takes you to a page that explains exactly what happens next, and deletion only runs once you confirm there. The link is single-use and expires after a short time.
Done. If an account exists for that address, a confirmation link is on its way - give it a minute or two, and check the spam folder as well. Nothing is deleted until you open that link and confirm.
What deleting your account means
- Your account, sign-in credentials, and associated app data are erased.
- A Pro license file you already installed is unaffected - it keeps working offline with no account, and can still be re-sent to the purchase email from the resend page even after your account is gone.
- A Trial or Studio entitlement lapses once its current verification window expires, since renewing it requires a signed-in account.
- Purchase and license records are kept, detached from your account, for tax, accounting, and re-issue/revocation purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Requests are honored within one month either way. If you would rather not use this form - for example, if you no longer have access to the account email - write to contact@arcbrush.com and we will handle it manually.
