AI-powered 4x super-resolution that upscales images while adding realistic detail via AuraSR.

AI Upscale uses AuraSR to enlarge an image by 4x in each dimension (16x total pixels) while synthesizing realistic detail that a simple resize can’t produce. Two model versions are available: v1 for general use and v2 which produces better results on photographs and non-AI-generated images.

The exact credit cost is shown on the node before you run it. For large images, enable Overlapping Tiles to eliminate visible seams between processed regions. This doubles processing time but produces cleaner results. See Credits & Pricing for the current per-model rates.

Notes

4x super-resolution via AuraSR. 1 credit per image. v2 recommended for photographs and non-AI-generated images. Overlapping tiles produces cleaner results on large images at the cost of longer processing.

Usage Tips

  • Use v2 for photographs and scanned artwork, as it handles natural textures better.
  • Enable Overlapping Tiles for large images to avoid visible grid artifacts.
  • Chain after AI Text to Image to generate at a low resolution then upscale for detail.
